We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant. You'll deliver the best end of life care, support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.

What to expect...
- Make sure funeral arrangements, memorialisation orders and aftercare services are perfect.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and high attention to detail throughout.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Ensure correct care of the deceased, for example, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families.
- Be proactive in community engagement initiatives.
What we're looking for...
- IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Can display resilience and be comfortable working alone in branch.
- High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
Training...
- Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
- Travel to other sites will be required.
