Our of End of Life Services business operates over 50 funeral homes, two crematoria, a natural burial ground, a florist and a masonry business. Some of our funeral homes operate under the Co-operative Funeralcare brand and some are privately named. They help with funeral preparations and assist on the day of the funeral itself, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Our funeral co-ordinators support families during a difficult time assisting them in organising a fitting tribute for their loved ones. You’ll need to be compassionate and understanding and we'll support you with all the training and development you need.
Our sector operations managers manage all aspects of funeral operations. You'll support the regional operations manager in the management and performance of funeral homes working to deliver best in class funeral services within the branches you oversee.
We own two crematoria; The Oaks Hampshire and East Devon Crematorium and a natural burial ground; Clayton Wood in West Sussex.
Families are attracted to these sites because of the empathetic and sensitive support provided by our experienced colleagues, but also because of their natural settings which we have worked hard to enhance and maintain for the benefit of our clients. Our crematorium and cemetery administrators and operatives assist in the provision of a courteous, efficient, caring and professional service to all our clients.
Our florist is based in Portsmouth and working here means you'll create beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions. Whether it's a floral tribute, a corporate display or a celebratory bouquet you’ll need creativity and vision to deliver the best service to our customers.
Our berevement centre provides support, counselling, social groups, life coaching and memorial services for those dealing with bereavement.
Our co-ordinators support the manager helping to grow the efficiency of our aftercare service. No two days are the same, one day you could be delivering a bereavement workshop or study day and on another you might be networking with organisations and presenting educational sessions.
