Whether you're a customer service assistant, team leader, store manager or area manager, every role is important in helping us make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Customer Service Assistant

You'll be at the heart of local life and the person that our customers recognise and remember. You'll be serving customers, re-stocking products and keeping the store looking great. With a wide range of work patterns available, you'll hopefully find the hours that suit.

Team Leader

Supporting the store manager, you’ll spend most of the time on the shop floor identifying opportunities to improve the store experience for our customers. You'll help build key community relationships through our Love Your Neighbourhood scheme and be able to run all aspects of the store operation in the absence of the store manager.

Store Manager

You'll inspire and develop your team and work to make sure that every one of our customers feels valued as soon as they walk through the door.

You need to be flexible and commercially aware ensuring that your store is always performing at its best for our customers.

Area Manager

You'll manage and lead an area team to deliver great results providing the best service to our customers and communities.
